Mark Linkous, the man behind U.S. indie rock act Sparklehorse, passed away this weekend. He was 47. Everyone here at DD sends our thoughts to his friends and family at this very difficult time.

Deftones return with a new album 'Diamond Eyes' on May 18th, preceded by the first single 'Rocket Skates' which will be available for free download on February 23rd from the bands website.
