= NO THANKS.

Plus, travelling all the way to Germany just for Ignite doesn't really seem worth it.

its better than being surrounded buy drunk English people though, coz you can't understand what the fuck they are saying. And you feel better than them.

But at least you know what the English idiots are saying. The Germans could be all like "HAHA, look at dese moron Englisher, flying sieben hundert miles only to see Dropkick Murphys! HAHA!"

What you all on about "just to see Dropkick Murphys/Ignite" that line up is pretty solid, yeah its not underground or obscure but so what. I'd fucking love to see Massive Attack and Faithless for one (or two) and theres plenty of good bands, plus loads more to be announced.

Also get out of your comfort zones and try something different!

I think i'd going into my comfort zone by going to that festival! It just looks very safe, easy and, well, boring. I don't need underground or obscure bands to enjoy myself, I need good bands. There aren't enough good bands on there. If that was announced about 6/7 years ago, i'd probably still not go. Nothing excites me on there. If that was Reading, i'd be sitting in my tent reading books the whole weekend!

On the subject on other festivals, i'm quite tempted to get a day ticket for Download for the RATM day. Ruours flying round that DEP might be playing too, so I have my fingers crossed they play on the same day.

Also, Field Day looks SHIT this year. Last year was so good, but this year, I don't know anyone!

Field Day are probably saving the big name announcements until the summer starts. Although when I say 'big name', I mean 'big name for Field Day', obv.

I dunno, Pheonix, The Fall and Simian Mobile Disco are relatively 'big' names for Field Day. I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the line up was just filler.

Michael Eavis is apparently talking to Robert Plant about headlining Glasto.

Plant has said he has no idea who he would performing with, igniting rumours that Led Zep will reform for Glasto.

If this is true, I will punch a baby for tickets.
